Job Title: AI-Driven Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer who can build scalable, modern web applications leveraging JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and databases.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and improve efficiency. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
  • Integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party services into applications.
  • Develop and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.
  • Implement best practices for scalable architecture, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest how they can be leveraged in development workflows.

To achieve this, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js/Next.js, Node.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
  • Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
