Strategic Business Analyst

A seasoned business professional is sought to drive business success through strategic analysis and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile product development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain business documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Define and prioritize agile requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize project management tools such as AzureDevOps and Jira to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a product owner or BA role.
- Strong expertise in business documentation, requirement gathering, and technical specification writing.
- Experience working in a scrum or Kanban environment, with a certification in Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
