Job Overview
">The Accounts Payable (AP) team is responsible for managing the end-to-end AP process, including vendor invoice processing, payments, and statutory compliance.
"This role requires leadership, operational oversight, and financial discipline to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, effective controls, MIS preparation and reporting, maintaining hygiene in books of accounts, attending to internal and statutory audits, and seamless coordination across internal and stakeholders.
"Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor invoice accounting, reconciliations, employee reimbursements, fixed assets accounting, capital budget tracking, monthly AP books closures, accruals, and statutory compliance.
"The jobholder must be involved in overall management of accounts payable on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to:
"- Vendor invoice accounting and reconciliation
- Employee reimbursements and expense reports
- Fixed assets accounting and physical verification
- Capital budget tracking and forecasting
- Monthly AP books closures and accruals
- Statutory compliance and audit requirements
