Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategy across all parts of the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy, providing expert guidance and support.* Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.* Drive operational efficiencies across the business, streamlining processes and improving productivity.* Troubleshoot operational issues independently, using analytical skills to identify solutions and implement changes.* Monitor operations and perform various administrative tasks to help plan and execute business plans.* Assist with team building, hiring and mentoring to develop a high-performing team.

Requirements:
* At least 2-6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in consumer-facing businesses.* A passion for skincare and wellness, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
