We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building large-scale infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience managing large-scale infrastructure systems
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Good understanding of software delivery principles
  • Technical agility: Ability to adapt to different roles and technologies when needed

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible and Chef
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts
  • Knowledge of Cloud-Native ecosystem and tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Envoy
  • In-depth understanding of containers & container orchestrators like Nomad, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Ability to manage and organize infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK
  • Familiarity with primary cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of Observability and ability to collaborate with dev teams to improve their observability systems
