Job Title: Principal Software Architect

We seek an experienced Principal Software Architect to lead our team of developers and drive the design and implementation of web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and Java. They will be responsible for overseeing the development process, providing technical guidance and support to team members, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using JavaScript, React, and Java.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define technical requirements, estimate project timelines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations for resolution, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Java programming languages.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks like React.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Expertise in database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.
