Job Overview:

As a seasoned Healthcare Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our healthcare initiatives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) oversight, ensuring seamless collaboration with various stakeholders to design and enhance joint applications.

Key responsibilities include defining business requirement documents (BRD, FRD, etc.) and acceptance criteria/test cases based on client specifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment, delivering high-quality solutions that cater to all aspects of the Healthcare domain.

Specific tasks involve developing test strategies/test scenarios/cases based on requirement documents, as well as overseeing each stage of product execution, system fix strategies, and supporting all stages of the lifecycle. A keen eye for detail is essential in analyzing data and executing projects efficiently.

Desirable skills include proficiency in Legacy mainframe applications, SQL query writing and understanding, and experience with Smile CDR, FHIR, and HL7 standards. Familiarity with UAT processes is also highly valued.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in US Healthcare knowledge, specifically payer/provider environments
  • Ability to lead collaborative application design/enhancement efforts
  • Proficiency in defining business requirement documents and acceptance criteria/test cases
  • Experience working in agile environments with delivery/functional exposure to healthcare domains
  • Capable of writing and understanding SQL queries
  • Familiarity with Smile CDR, FHIR, and HL7 standards
  • Ability to support UAT processes
