Job Title: Principal Firmware Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced firmware engineer to join our team in Kanpur, India.

  • The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IoT embedded systems and be passionate about technology and innovation.
  • The right person for this role should have strong technical knowledge of microcontrollers, RTOS, embedded Linux, and networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop firmware for IoT devices using C/C++ programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components.
  • Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues using protocol analyzers and other tools.
  • Develop and maintain build toolchains and frameworks such as IAR, GCC, Keil, Mplab, Build root, Yocto.
  • Implement coding standards, guidelines, and compliance tools.
  • Work with global project teams, engineering teams, marketing teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

  • M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering from a good Engineering College.
  • 7+ years of experience in IoT embedded systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of microcontrollers, RTOS, embedded Linux, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
