Job Title: Operations and EV Expert
  • P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss of operations, ensuring day-to-day performance meets targets.
  • EV Domain Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge in electric vehicle (EV) domain principles.
  • Total Productivity Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), WCM (World-Class Manufacturing), and Quality Circles.
  • Process Efficiency Specialist: Develop processes to track, optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance indicators for enhanced return on assets.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EVs, with experience in P&L management, TPM/WCM/QC, and process optimization. They should be able to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of business strategies across departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in EV industry, with a focus on P&L management and process optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
