**Job description**

Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the staffs and resources of the lounge for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day to day lounge operation
- Responsible for maintaining high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to lounge staff
- Communicate with management across the company to ensure effective running of the business as well customer satisfaction
- Work with management personnel to set targets and incentives to increase turnover and profitability of lounge
- Review and maintain records of income and expenses of the lounge
- Supervise operation of lounge to maximize profitability
- Monitor the purchasing of supplies and perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
- Work with management personnel to plan and organize lounge events
- Organize and oversee regular training of all lounge staff concerning the menu, customer service and drinks lists
- Deal with customer complaints in keeping with the company’s customer service ethos and methods
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times
- Actively seek to improve skills and achieve personal development
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Comply at all times with the Staff Code of Conduct
- Seek to ensure at all times that all our members on our lounge have the best experience possible

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts or Business Management would be advantageous.
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
- Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
