Marketing Leader Position

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead our end-to-end marketing function. This role involves building and executing a 360-degree marketing strategy, balancing brand marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to take on a leadership role in shaping our global marketing approach.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO, GEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, and social media marketing. They will also have strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute Admaren's 360-degree marketing strategy, balancing brand marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.
  2. Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign planning and product positioning.
  3. Oversee global exhibitions and trade shows end-to-end, including logistics, booth setup, and post-event lead capture.
  4. Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, GEO, SEM, and email—either independently or with freelancer/agency support.
  5. Create and manage content marketing programs, including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership.
  6. Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and manage third-party vendors to deliver campaigns, while laying the foundation to build a scalable marketing team.
  8. Leverage AI tools for content generation, SEO, GEO, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
  9. Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing efforts.
  10. Gather in-depth knowledge of Admaren's products and translate technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a top-tier university.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong B2B focus.
  • Proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, GEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing).
  • Experience managing global exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the software product industry.
  • International marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in digital marketing or relevant marketing platforms.
