Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our database efforts and drive success through their expertise in database administration.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with MySQL Enterprise Versions, including upgrading and patching. They will also be responsible for migrating between MySQL and MariaDB, as well as configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Enterprise Monitor (OEM) and MySQL Enterprise Monitor (MEM).

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of logical backups using mysqldump/mysqlpump, InnoDB Cluster & Master-Slave replication configurations, and MySQL Enterprise Audit, Encryption & keyring. They should also be familiar with open-source HA tools like keepalived/tungstun.

Furthermore, the chosen candidate will collaborate with our team to develop high-performance database functionalities and resolve complex performance issues related to MySQL. Their expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure will enable them to provide solutions and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with MySQL Enterprise Versions
