Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Regional Ethics and Compliance function.

This role requires a seasoned expert in ethics and compliance with experience in managing complex programs worldwide.

  • Develop and implement the Global Ethics & Compliance framework and programs in line with company standards and corporate requirements.
  • Identify regional variations to the Global Ethics & Compliance framework and agree priorities with senior stakeholders.
  • Support regional leadership in demonstrating commitment to compliance and fostering an integrity culture.
  • Conduct periodic ethics & compliance risk assessments and governance reviews.
  • Enhance the Regional Ethics and Compliance program by developing initiatives to reduce unethical behavior or non-compliance risks.
  • Lead regional activities to implement the Global Ethics & Compliance framework.
  • Undertake compliance monitoring activity to assess implementation effectiveness of the Global Ethics and Compliance Program.
  • Facilitate speak-up reporting and create an environment enabling employees to report misconduct without fear of retaliation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in an Ethics & Compliance role, with experience in managing Anti-Bribery and Corruption programs.
  • Professionally qualified with a finance or legal background (e.g., a qualified accountant, auditor, or lawyer).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations, and ability to establish relationships across diverse networks.
