CPQ Director Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining CPQ systems for all countries and services, ensuring they are functioning reliably.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and finance, is key to understanding their business needs and translating them into CPQ systems.
The ideal candidate will develop and configure CPQ systems to meet the specifics of our telecom offerings and pricing structures.
Additionally, they will integrate CPQ systems with other business systems, such as CRM and ERP, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation throughout the value chain.
Key responsibilities include reviewing the country location of teams following company strategy, optimizing legacy fragmented CPQ systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring high quality and delivery.
The CPQ Director will ensure full CPQ systems availability and quality monitoring to support business operations.
International IT team management is also a key responsibility, with a focus on enhancing and optimizing CPQ systems, implementing new features and functionalities as needed.
Staying updated on emerging CPQ technologies and industry best practices is crucial, with recommendations for improvements and innovations to enhance the CPQ process.
Data accuracy and integrity within the CPQ system are also essential, with regular audits and data governance practices in place.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of telecom products, services, and pricing structures, as well as extensive experience in integrating CPQ systems with other business systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, are required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pricing and quoting in the telecom sector.
