Job Title:

Sr HVAC System Designer

This is a senior role that requires experience in designing and managing HVAC systems for commercial, residential and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering and working knowledge of Revit software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Manage HVAC Systems: The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and managing HVAC systems for various types of projects. This includes calculating heating and cooling needs, proposing new products and technologies, and coordinating with architects and engineers.
  • Develop Technical Specifications: The successful candidate will develop detailed technical specifications for HVAC systems, including duct routes, equipment layouts, and ventilation requirements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: As a senior HVAC system designer, the candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide Quality Drawings: The selected candidate will prepare quality drawings and documents for HVAC systems, including shop drawings, technical data sheets, and as-built drawings.
  • Evaluate Test Reports: The successful candidate will evaluate test reports and construction visit reports to ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
  • Communicate Effectively: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
