
Digital Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of our affiliate and performance marketing partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with affiliate ad networks, influencer marketing agencies, and digital publishers. They will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-performing affiliates, negotiating commission structures and payout terms, and building relationships with CPA, CPL, CPS networks, and affiliate aggregators.
- Develop and execute campaigns across verticals including influencer-based, mobile app installs, paid media affiliates, coupon/deal sites, and entertainment communities.
- Track performance across platforms and optimize towards conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage tracking platforms and CRMs, and negotiate commission structures and payouts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard high-performing affiliates, agencies, influencers, and ad networks.
- Negotiate commission structures, payout terms, and campaign KPIs.
- Plan and execute campaigns across verticals.
- Track performance across platforms and optimize towards conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Manage affiliate platforms and dashboards.
- Integrate UTMs, S2S tracking, attribution links, and pixel-based monitoring across platforms.
- Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics.
- Identify underperforming channels and work with partners to test creatives, landing pages, or offers.
- Own the affiliate channel P&L for Premium & Pro plans.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting banners, videos, and hooks for affiliate distribution.
- Work closely with the content team to monetize our blog and news section through affiliate partnerships, programmatic ads, and sponsored content.
- Build hybrid models with micro and macro influencers on a commission or fixed+variable basis.
- 5-12 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- A strong network within affiliate agencies and ad networks.
- Prior experience selling digital subscription plans via affiliate channels.
