Lead Product Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive the development and execution of our product roadmaps. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will be able to take charge of end-to-end product engineering requirements, possess strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members, and have a track record of shipping value to customers.

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with strategy and business teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader on architecture, design, and technical aspects of products.
  • Identify and deploy tools and frameworks to enhance product engineer productivity and solve technology problems effectively.
  • Own all non-functional requirements (NFRs) for products and contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in software development companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methods, including iterative development and continuous integration.
  • Adept at using off-the-shelf software components rather than building everything from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript-based front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL endpoints.
  • Prior experience working on high-traffic web applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12-20 years of relevant experience.
