Senior Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in empowering societies worldwide by enhancing the efficiency and productivity of businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and direct a team of IT support technicians to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.   • Microsoft Azure Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server is required.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure AD & On-prem management: Proven experience in managing Azure AD and on-premises infrastructure is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in Intune - Policy creation & implementation: Ability to create and implement Intune policies is required.
  • Hands-on experience in Windows Server Management: Experience in managing Windows Server is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience in MDE & compliance management: Knowledge of MDE and compliance management is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in Qualys tool in vulnerability management: Experience with Qualys tool for vulnerability management is required.
  • Having good knowledge in VLAN & Network troubleshooting: Understanding of VLAN and network troubleshooting concepts is essential.
  • Having good knowledge in Netskope cloud proxy solution: Familiarity with Netskope cloud proxy solution is highly desirable.
  • Having good knowledge in DLP: Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts is required.
  • Having hands experience in various Audit management like ISO 27001, PCIDSS etc: Experience in audit management, including ISO 27001 and PCIDSS, is highly desirable.
