Job Opportunity

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced test automation specialist to join our team. This individual will design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT 3+) for Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • The ideal candidate will create and maintain Selenium WebDriver scripts with Java (or Python) for complex test flows that may not be covered by low-code CRT.
  • A strong understanding of web automation concepts including XPath, CSS selectors, waits and dynamic elements is essential.
  • This role involves creating and managing custom scripts in QWords for reusable, modular and scalable test automation.
  • Responsibilities also include building and managing reusable test components, test data sets and libraries in CRT.
  • The successful candidate will perform live testing, including UI recording, debugging and test flow optimization.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce, Commerce Cloud and OMS testing initiatives is crucial.
  • This includes integrating Selenium-based tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring compatibility with CRT frameworks.
  • Conducting API testing and validating backend services and integrations is also a key responsibility.
  • In addition, this role requires participation in test planning, test case design and defect triage.
  • The successful candidate will generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java (or Python)
  • Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT 3+)
  • Strong understanding of web automation concepts
  • Ability to create and manage custom scripts in QWords
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
