Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis, deal pricing, variance analysis, and management reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance expert with strong business acumen and analytical expertise to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver insights that enable informed decision-making and margin improvement across complex global deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver forward-looking analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight business trends.
  • Deal Pricing & Commercial Modelling
  • Partner with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
  • Support pricing governance processes and ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modelling for strategic bids.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Strong exposure to FP&A, deal pricing, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
