About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience for our users.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps. You will also be responsible for sharing and updating itineraries, assisting with changes or clarifications, and helping customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolving related queries.

You will serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey. Additionally, you will collect post-travel feedback to improve future travel experiences and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps.
  • Share and update the itinerary and assist with any changes or clarifications.
  • Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
  • Collect post-travel feedback to improve future travel experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Empathetic, user-first approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Available to work full-time for 3 months.
