GMR Group is seeking a highly experienced Design Director to lead the design function for large development projects across Hyderabad, Goa, and Bhogapuram. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design process, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 20+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, and project management, with a strong track record of delivering large commercial office projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize designs and present creative, innovative solutions.
  • Experience working on large masterplans and townships, with knowledge of real estate verticals such as residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and education.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
  • Relevant experience in architecture, interior design, and project management, preferably with a real estate developer or construction firm.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
