Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Director to lead our design team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence, developing and implementing design strategies, and overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies to meet client requirements and align with the company's vision. Lead design teams to deliver innovative and functional design solutions in line with project objectives and budgets.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design objectives and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor, guide, and inspire the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Identify training and development needs to enhance the team's skills and expertise.
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback. Present design concepts, proposals, and solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the design department. Monitor resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and tools.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct quality checks on design outputs to maintain high standards of aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the interior design industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in residential, commercial, or retail interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical capabilities.

Salary Range:

Rupees 1,200,000 - 2,400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
