Quality Assurance Manager Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team.

  • Maintaining high standards of everything we produce.
  • Working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure consistency across all copy.
  • Thoroughly reviewing print materials before they go to production.
  • Ensuring grammatical accuracy and consistency across all materials.
  • Verifying that all legal terms and conditions are correctly included and referenced.
  • Confirming proper use of trademarks, symbols, logos, and addresses.
  • Extending quality control to video, social, and digital assets.
  • Establishing and maintaining quality procedures and standards.
  • Implementing quality control gateways to ensure consistent creative output.
  • Providing constructive feedback to help our creative teams improve.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a print or marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest level of quality in all produced content.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to maintain consistency in all copies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of print materials before production.

  • Validate the correct use of trademarks, symbols, logos, and addresses.
  • Extend quality control to video, social media, and digital assets.

  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in quality control, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
