Teaching Guitar to Children

We are currently looking for a skilled Guitar Facilitator who will work with us to teach children the joy of playing the guitar.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and be able to create an engaging learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities

This role involves teaching children from age 4 to 14 online, creating lesson plans tailored to individual needs and abilities, evaluating student progress and making recommendations for improvement, conducting demo sessions, providing private and group lessons, and fostering a fun and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have formal education in Music (Guitar), possess strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music, and have relevant teaching experience (1+ years). Experience in using technology in education would be beneficial.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have Good English Communication Skills, must have experience in online teaching, access to strong internet services, reliable power backup sources, be comfortable teaching children, available for teaching 6 days a week, engage students in learning, passion for making learning fun, comfortable with Music sheets/Sight reading, proficient with Music Theory.
