About the Role

As a strategic leader in data science, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results through high-impact projects. Our team works collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions that enhance decision-making.

  • We are seeking an experienced data scientist who can provide analytics support to our internal customers on various projects.
  • You will facilitate data-enabled decision-making using data analysis and science techniques/methods on internal and external data to solve complex business problems.
  • Your expertise will be invaluable in building capabilities within our Insights and Commercial Solutions team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in R or Python, with exposure to SAS and SQL. Familiarity with Alteryx is a plus. You should also have working knowledge of project management tools like MS-Office and VBA. A postgraduate degree from a top-tier university in a quantitative discipline is required. 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing analytics and the pharmaceutical industry, is highly desirable.

  • Delivering projects and managing internal customer expectations across multi-channel marketing analytics, Portfolio Analytics, Targeting and Segmentation, Predictive Analytics, Resource Allocation and Optimization, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Act as a Project Manager and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Lead a small team of Analysts/Senior Analysts in delivering projects.
  • Create and deliver customer requirements as agreed SLAs, timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc., and drive excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver advanced analytical and statistical solutions for various projects related to promotion evaluation, multi-channel marketing (MCM), campaign design, return on investment (ROI) analysis, resource allocation, segmentation, targeting, and other ad-hoc business questions.
  • Support exploratory research to identify new areas of application of advanced analytics/data science in providing enhanced decision-making support.
