About the Position

This role is responsible for providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and achieve organizational goals. The Business Analyst will contribute to process development, operationalization, and reporting within the Quality domain of contact centers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in data analytics. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering analysis, project coordination management, meeting communication management, and data analysis reporting. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and translate data into compelling business cases.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
