Divisional Head Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Head Mechanical to lead our mechanical maintenance team in a Steel Plant environment.

• Ctc 20 - 30lacs
• Educational qualifications - Degree or Diploma or Equivalent in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• 7 - 13 Years experience of working in Maintenance activities of Steel Plant.

• Establish and implement maintenance standards for the department.
• Develop and implement systems for long-term maintenance planning and improvement.
• Lead a team to achieve maintenance objectives, including maximizing plant availability and safe working culture.
• Coordinate with operations and electrical teams to ensure zero production downtime.
• Implement quality systems, TPM, and other initiatives.

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities related to mechanical maintenance.
• Awareness of steel plant hazards and legal requirements.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with external and internal agencies.
