Key Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing campaign solutions expert to deliver impactful customer engagement journeys using Salesforce platform knowledge and hands-on development expertise.

  • Digital Campaigns: Develop end-to-end marketing campaign solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Development: Build dynamic templates, landing pages, and personalized content with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Campaign Optimization: Create text/HTML emails, landing pages, SMS/MMS, and push notifications using AMPscript.
  • Design and Optimization: Design and optimize campaigns with Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, and Web Studio.
  • Data Management: Define segmentation criteria, create data extensions using SQL scripts, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into journeys, templates, and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 48+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.

Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform & data model is essential.

AMPscript Expertise: Proven expertise with AMPscript, Cloud Pages, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Content Builder is required.

Development Skills: Hands-on development skills in HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript are necessary.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in campaign management, marketing automation, and personalization strategies is preferred.

Data Compliance: Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance guidelines is a must.

Education Requirements

A bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Applications or related field is required. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) are preferred.
