Job Opportunity:

Memory Design Engineer-SRAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the development of memory designs and architectures.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in full custom memory design, including characterization, layout design, net-lister creation, and SRAM design verification at the compiler level.

A crucial responsibility will be to ensure the successful development of an execution plan, design quality plan, and design failure mode effects analysis (DFMEA).

Familiarity with various memory architectures is essential, as is hands-on experience with SRAM leaf cell GDS from scratch to top-level integration.

Expertise in working on memory layout design for advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm) is crucial, particularly in TSMC technology.

Proficiency in physical verification flow debug tools, such as DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, and IR, is also required.

Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification Flow expertise are must-haves, while Synopsys Custom Compiler experience is a significant plus.

Additionally, a strong understanding of good layout practices in lower process nodes, FinFET architecture, variability, and manufacturability challenges is necessary.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in optimizing layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness, performing silicon failures debugging, and identifying layout-related issues.

Lastly, they will create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
