We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-growing team.

About the Role
  • Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization
  • Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems
  • Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Open Ai, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like Lang Chain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
