Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced professional is sought after to take on a leadership role in operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for mid-term portfolio growth and optimization, aligning with business priorities and objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operating models and coordinate the execution of key processes to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Lead standardization efforts, adapt to changes, and ensure projects are feasible and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Support the Function s leadership and associates in focusing on overall priorities to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Clarify expectations for governance and projects, ensuring accountability and proactive identification of opportunities to increase service levels.
  • Take ownership of adhering to Security and Compliance policies and procedures for Operational Excellence and Planning scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project governance and implementation of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance, identify improvements, and take corrective actions to meet business deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Contribute to initiatives led by the Operational Excellence and Planning community to achieve cross-functional standardization and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 12-18 years experience in GBS / Shared Services industry or consulting industry.
  • Knowledgeable in business process in scope (e.g. Finance, HR, Supplier Management)
  • Proven track record of impactful contributions to operational excellence and transformative programs with tangible results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with Senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members with indirect reporting relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work with a group of people with different functional expertise.
  • Adaptability to deliver in ambiguous context, flexible, comfortable with changes.
  • Efficient analytical skills, attention to details.
  • Master s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Other language is a plus.
