As an engineering professional at our facility, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production & Output: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to SOPs.
  • Solar Industry Experience: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Process Improvement: Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge & Documentation: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Manpower management & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Full Time B. Tech/Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
