  • Manage and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
  • Assist with Pardot campaigns, automation rules, and lead management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to end users.
