We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to manage brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars for clients in the healthcare domain.
  • Write engaging copy and collaborate with designers to create impactful creatives and videos.
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms using tools like Buffer, Meta Suite, or similar.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, messages, queries) in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, followers, and CTR; share monthly reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, SEO, design) to align messaging across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, Shorts).
  • Suggest creative campaign ideas, collaborations, contests, and engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for brands (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written English skills and creative copywriting ability.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service-based industries is a plus.
Preferred:
  • Experience with performance analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or Google Analytics.
  • Prior work with healthcare, wellness, or clinic-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns around health awareness days and seasonal themes.
  • Video-first content ideation experience (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
