  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues
  • Excellent requirement gathering and configuration skills
  • Ability to create and execute test cases to validate configuration and customizations
  • Documenting functional designs, business requirements, and processes for future reference
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
