Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications (FSCM modules) to meet business requirements.

- Customize PeopleSoft components, workflows, and reports using PeopleTools (Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, etc.).

- Work on PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and migrations.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, and BI/XML Publisher reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft with other banking/financial systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Follow best practices in PeopleSoft development, testing, and deployment.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials, Supply Chain, or related modules).

- Strong expertise in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker).

- Experience in Finance/Banking domain, preferably with exposure to GL, AP, AR, AM, or Treasury modules.

- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and PUM updates.

- Experience with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Broker.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum to Have Skills :

- Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) is a plus.

- Knowledge of Oracle databases and cloud technologies.

- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic & Certifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- PeopleSoft certification (preferred but not mandatory).
