AI Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced AI engineering leader to join our team and help drive the development of our AI platform.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in AI and machine learning, as well as experience leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our AI platform

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning
  • At least 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with a track record of delivering complex projects and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong technical background in AI and machine learning, including experience with deep learning frameworks and large-scale data processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for building an open financial system that brings people together
