Job Opportunity for Experienced Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and possess strong knowledge of financial management, including journal maintenance, ledger management, balance sheet preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash accounts, and fixed assets.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in payroll management, OPD and IPD management, GST registration and returns, GST accounting and auditing, MIS reporting, bank reconciliation accounting, monthly profit and loss statement preparation, vendor payment accounting, cost accounting, and daily reports for management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  3. Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  4. Oversee operational planning and development (OPD) and inpatient department (IPD) management.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST registration and returns.
  6. Develop and implement effective accounting systems and processes.
  7. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, including journal maintenance, ledger management, balance sheet preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash accounts, and fixed assets.
  • Expertise in payroll management, OPD and IPD management, GST registration and returns, GST accounting and auditing, MIS reporting, bank reconciliation accounting, monthly profit and loss statement preparation, vendor payment accounting, cost accounting, and daily reports for management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
