Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in this exciting role.

Job Description:

This is a critical position that requires the ability to ensure software quality and drive process improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying early software bugs and collaborating with development teams for continuous alignment.
  • Implementing automated tests for various scenarios across multiple country instances.
  • Extending automation test coverage to support early bug and risk detection.
  • Working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
  • Proposing process improvements and driving their implementation.
  • Mastery of necessary tools and components for assigned tasks.
  • Following software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Producing relevant documentation and guidelines for quality responsibility strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Solid experience in automated testing (at least 7 years).
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Desirable Skills:

The following qualifications are valuable but not mandatory:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar tools.
  • Experience in continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience building tests in microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
