Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module, showcasing techno-functional skills to resolve complex issues. They should also be able to comprehend highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes and provide application testing for all system changes and projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing second-level support for the resolution of service requests and system defects.
  • Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects.
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation.
  • Guidance and expertise to support analysts in resolving intricate issues.
  • Interaction with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call.
  • Resolution of JDE level 2 application support calls logged through the help desk.
  • Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC admin support teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Excellence.
  • 4 years of experience in Real-time Execution Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS, etc.
  • Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.

  • Application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities.
