Human Resource Director

This role oversees all Human Resources and Industrial Relations operations at the Cochin location. The successful candidate will lead strategic and operational initiatives, driving HR best practices, maintaining harmonious labor relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business objectives through effective people management.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment processes
- Attracting, retaining, and motivating staff
- Managing payroll administration
- Preparing monthly HR reports and MIS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses a postgraduate degree in HR Management or MSW/PGDBM with HR specialization, and diploma in Labor Law. A minimum of 8 years' experience in HR with strong exposure to labor relations is required. Key competencies include integrity, ethics, empathy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, cultural competency, and ability to manage group dynamics and lead teams.
