In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative learning content using presentations, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and leveraging AI tools for content creation.
The ideal candidate will bring 5-15 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on creating engaging instruction that resonates with diverse audiences. If you've developed multimedia content using AI, that's a definite bonus
This is a permanent position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday work-from-home arrangements. You'll be compensated with a competitive gross monthly salary, inclusive of all taxes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Designing and developing comprehensive learning curricula
- Collaborating with SMEs to refine instruction and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
Your Key Skills:
- 5-15 years of experience in instructional design
