Main Responsibilities:

  • Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR):
  • Hands-on experience with Sophos and other EDR/XDR platforms is required.
  • Ability to design and implement policies, rules, and playbooks for threat detection and response is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of incident investigation, remediation, and tuning alerts is necessary.
  • Device Management (MDM/UEM):
  • Well-versed with MDM/UEM solutions such as Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar is required.
  • Skilled in implementation, policy configuration, and ongoing administration is essential.
  • Ability to ensure compliance for endpoints across different environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is necessary.
  • ITSM Tool Management:
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management, etc.) is required.
  • Experience in managing incidents, requests, changes, and problem workflows is essential.
  • Familiarity with integrating ITSM processes with security operations is necessary.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards is required.
  • Ability to implement, monitor, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls is essential.
  • Experience working with audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities is necessary.
  • General Security Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security hardening is essential.
  • Knowledge of network security, access control, and identity management is necessary.
  • Exposure to working in SOC environments or coordinating with SOC teams is a plus.
