Key Responsibilities:

Branch P&L monitoring and oversight of branch sales & operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. To ensure Branch P&L monitoring and reviewing the performance of organizations QMS at regular intervals.
  2. Overseeing the branch sales & operations and communicating to the TI the importance of meeting customer requirements.
  3. Providing guidance and monitoring the process heads and dealing with international moves.
  4. Responsible for settling the claims and coordinating with transport agencies / Customs.
  5. Overall supervision of administrative activities and initiating changes to the QMS.
  6. Monitoring ERP one time customer payment follow up and evaluating the effectiveness of training given to employees.
  7. Responsible for reports: Manpower Requisition Note, authorization of cash payment vouchers, and approving damage rectification.

Key Skills:
Strong leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
Proven experience in branch management, strong analytical skills, and ability to make informed decisions.
