Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and closing monthly financial records, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and managing vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors, invoices, and other expenses, while maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
- Manage cash flow projections, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review.
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to maintain compliance and optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA or MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial software, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Audit, budgeting, and financial analysis expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
