About the RoleWe're looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in software development and customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate, reproduce, diagnose, and propose fixes for complex issues affecting our customers. You should be passionate about solving tough technical problems and recommending improvements to products and processes.
Your expertise in .NET/Java, JavaScript, Database, Web API, and UI skills will be invaluable in resolving critical customer escalations. You'll work closely with other teams across Customer Service, Development, and Site Reliability as a technical expert. Additionally, you'll champion Supportability and Debugging initiatives throughout development and develop new debugging tools while working closely with product teams.
You'll have the opportunity to mentor internal support teams on technical issues and best practices, providing timely information to customer-facing teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities: **
- Using your technical skills to solve critical customer escalations
- Investigating and reproducing complex issues using top-notch troubleshooting techniques
- Identifying root causes and proposing test cases and code changes
- Mentoring internal support teams on technical issues and best practices
- Championing Supportability and Debugging initiatives
