Job Summary:

The Product Trainer will be responsible for training internal vendor teams on new and existing production tools, processes, and technologies. This role involves conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring smooth implementation, and driving adoption of internal platforms and systems. The trainer will work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, tech teams, and operations, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs for internal vendors on production tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning content, and live workshops.
  • Conduct refresher sessions to keep vendors updated on system changes and process improvements.

UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & Implementation:

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to test new tools and platform updates before rollout.
  • Identify potential issues during UAT, document findings, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in implementing new tools and processes, ensuring vendors are equipped for a smooth transition.

Vendor Enablement & Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for vendor queries related to production tools and workflows.
  • Monitor vendor adoption of new tools and address challenges through additional training or process enhancements.
  • Gather feedback from vendors to improve training programs and system functionalities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, IT, and Leadership) to align training programs with business needs.
  • Support change management initiatives by ensuring vendors understand and efficiently use new technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in training, product implementation, or production operations, preferably in an agency or production environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital production tools, workflow automation platforms, and creative production technologies.
  • UAT & Implementation: Experience in user testing, system rollouts, and vendor onboarding.
  • Training Expertise: Strong ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions across multiple formats.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide practical solutions for vendors.
