Job Title: Dynamic Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

This is a full-time role for an individual with 4-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, and video editing. The ideal candidate will have a background in animation and design software, including Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Procreate.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging motion graphics and storytelling content for various platforms, including social media, digital, and retail.
  • Develop unique motion graphics and storytelling styles for each brand.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and brand managers to ideate and develop creative concepts.
  • Function as a creative custodian of brands, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing channels.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Procreate.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and motion graphics techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a high level of creativity and productivity under pressure.
