About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineering leader to join us and drive the technical direction of our web applications. You will be responsible for leading, growing, and mentoring a cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.

We value speed, pragmatism, and quality above all else. As a hands-on leader, you will actively code, review PRs, and solve complex technical challenges. Your expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, VIKE SSR, and Playwright will be crucial in shaping the technology behind our platform.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Make strategic tech stack decisions (frameworks, infra, cloud, AI integrations).
  • Run the team with Scrum methodology: break down tasks into clear deliverables, drive sprints, and enforce accountability.
  • Enforce high standards of testing and continuous integration (unit, integration, and E2E tests) so every release is reliable.
  • Recruit and manage talent: hire, mentor, and fire when needed to keep the bar high.
